We offer services 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We will be there to pick you up no matter what time your flight is landing or departing.
You can cancel your booking at any time and receive a full refund as long as it’s at least 12 hours before your scheduled transfer (destination local time).
We monitor every flight to be aware of their arrival times. If your flight is landing before or after the original time, we will automatically reschedule your transfer and wait for you. If your flight is cancelled or you’re flying stand-by, please contact us at your earliest convenience to provide your new flight information; changes of flights have no cost as long as we’re informed 2 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
No problem! Just contact us and we will help you make the changes to your booking. Please be aware that even though the change has no cost, if your new drop-off location is in a different zone than the original there may be a price difference that would need to be paid accordingly.
Whenever you book, you will be added to our list of transfer services. We ask you to bring your confirmation voucher just in case there is any need for clarifications, and so that you have the arrival instructions and contact information in hand. With that said, you don’t need to print your voucher; you can have it available on your phone.
We love pets and you are more than welcome to bring them with you for a relaxing vacation together. Just let us know that you are traveling with a pet, and make sure to bring the corresponding carrier for them.
VIP Service includes beer, soda, juice, and water for the passengers according to their preference. You can also pre-order liquor bottles for an additional price (ask for our drink menu) and we will have it ready for your arrival so that you can enjoy it during the ride.
Yes, we do. We have different types and sizes available. When requesting a car seat for your children, please specify their age so we can provide you with the correct one. Car seats are available at no extra cost.
It depends on the type of service booked. Vans can typically hold up to 9 pieces of luggage, SUV’s up to 6. Of course, it all depends on the size. If it fits into the vehicle, you’re good to go!
Tips are not included. While it’s not necessary, it’s appreciated by our drivers. They receive a standard salary, but the majority of their income is through tips and they go above and beyond expectations to earn them.
